PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING OF CASES

Section - 20 Obligation of media, studio and photographic facilities to report cases :-
Any personnel of the media or hotel or lodge or hospital or club or studio or photographic facilities, by whatever name called, irrespective of the number of persons employed therein, shall, on coming across any material or object which is sexually exploitative of the child (including pornographic, sexually-related or making obscene representation of a child or children) through the use of any medium, shall provide such information to the Special Juvenile Police Unit, or to the local police, as the case may be.

धारा 20 - मामले को रिपोर्ट करने के लिए मीडिया, स्टूडियो और फोटो चित्रण सुविधाओं की बाध्यता :-
मीडिया या होटल या लॉज या अस्पताल या क्लब या स्टूडियो या फोटो चित्रण संबंधी सुविधाओं का कोई कार्मिक, चाहे जिस नाम से ज्ञात हो, उनमें नियोजित व्यक्तियों की संख्या को दृष्टि में लाए बिना किसी ऐसी सामग्री या वस्तु की किसी माध्यम के उपयोग से, जो किसी बालक के लैंगिक शोषण संबंधी है, (जिसके अंतर्गत अश्लील साहित्य, लिंग संबंधी या बालक या बालकों का अश्लील प्रदर्शन करना भी है), यथास्थिति, विशेष किशोर पुलिस यूनिट या स्थानीय पुलिस को ऐसी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराएगा ।

👉 Jab bhi koi media house, hotel, lodge, hospital, club, photo studio ya koi bhi aise jagah par kaam karne wale log (chahe ek hi employee kyun na ho), agar unhe kisi bhi tarah ka aisa material ya cheez dikhe jo kisi child (bachche) ka sexual exploitation dikhata ho — jaise:
1. pornographic video/photo
2. kisi bhi medium (TV, mobile, print, computer) mein obscene ya sexual image/video jo child se related ho
3. ya koi bhi cheez jo bachche ki izzat ko girati ho ya galat tareeke se dikhati ho
👉 Toh unka farz hai ki wo turant police ko ya Special Juvenile Police Unit (SJPU) ko inform karein.
📞 Yeh report karna unki legal duty hai. Agar wo nahi batate, toh unke khilaaf action ho sakta hai
